Entrar y empezar a entender que el precio NO está justificado en absoluto, con la CALIDAD y el ESTADO del mismo, en relación a otras viviendas de características similares. Hay que llamar a las cosas por su nombre, y si te dicen que te puedes comprar un piso en este PRECIO y en este ESTADO, y además AMUEBLADO.......o corres, o te quedas sin el!! BONITO, IMPECABLE y encima CON TERRAZA!!

DISTRIBUCIÓN:
Al entrar, nos encontramos un precioso pasillo, bañado de luz natural, un pasillo que nos lleva a un precioso y espacioso salón/comedor con doble puerta, pasillo que nos lleva al resto de las estancias de la casa,

Cocina: amplia, alegre, sumamente luminosa, y con todos los electrodomésticos, además....de que nos regala el acceso a una preciosa y enorme TERRAZA de 25 m2 aproximadamente. Llega el turno de las habitaciones (2), ambas amplias y regadas de luz natural, donde el parquet en un estado envidiable, destaca bajo nuestros pies. y llegamos al baño completo, donde nos llama poderosamente la atención, el súper plato de ducha de tres puertas.

En fin, un paseo que concluye como empezó, con una sonrisa!! y saber, que quien se lo lleve, puede sentir, que habrá hecho LA COMPRA PERFECTA!!
