NUESTRA OPINIÓN:
Estamos ante una vivienda del año 1980, donde sin duda los amplios espacios, era lo predominante por aquel entonces. Es por eso que es la típica vivienda pensada para aquellos que buscan y agradecen tener espacio y comodidades en cada una de sus estancias. Además nos ha gustado mucho de esta vivienda su amplio salón, y sobre todo que es toda exterior......donde el sol, alegría y la luz natural te acompañarán cada día.

DISTRIBUCIÓN:
Nada más abrir la puerta, nos sorprende la cantidad de luz natural que baña el pasillo, un pasillo que nos lleva primeramente a un espacioso y alegre SALÓN/COMEDOR donde encontraremos amplios ventanales y una estufa de pellets muy agradecida para los inviernos. Llegamos a la COCINA también amplia totalmente equipada y con electrodomésticos, a la mitad del pasillo nos encontramos un amplio BAÑO COMPLETO con plato de ducha y con ventana (también exterior), y ya solo nos queda visitar las 3 HABITACIONES todas ellas espaciosas y con muchísima luz, además de exteriores, y al fondo del pasillo la siempre agradecida DESPENSA de servicio.

La vivienda se vende amueblada, y dispone de trastero.

LA VIVIENDA SE PUEDE COMPRAR CON UN GARAJE (2 VEHICULOS) QUE SE ENCUENTRA A LOS PIES DEL PORTAL. (precio a convenir)
