Cuenta con terrazas y un gran solarium en el techo que juntas conforman una superficie de unos 125 m2.

Tipo B
tiene una superficie construida de 125,51 m2 y cuenta con salón-comedor, cocina amueblada, 3 habitaciones (2 dobles y 1 individual) con armarios empotrados, 2 baños, gran sótano y lavandería. Cuenta con terrazas y un gran solarium en el techo que juntas conforman una superficie de unos 139 m2.
Cada uno tiene piscina particular de 15 m2.
Se encuentra a unos 500 metros del Club Náutico de Porto Colom, considerado como el mejor puerto natural de Mallorca. El puerto está muy bien equipado y es un buen lugar para relajarse y realizar excursiones a las innumerables calas de la costa levante mallorquín, quizás las más hermosas de la isla.

It has a constructed area of ​&#m2 and has a living-dining room, a fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, a large cellar and a laundry room. It has terraces and a large solarium on the roof, which together make up an area of ​​approx. 139 m2.
Each has a private pool of 15 m2.
It is located about 500 m from the Porto Colom Nautical Club, which is considered to be the best natural harbor in Mallorca. The port is very well equipped and a good place to relax and for excursions to the countless bays of the Mallorcan east coast, perhaps the most beautiful on the island.
